1 x 60 minute group session that are tailored to your needs, working on a whole body and mind combination. You will be working on a 5 point plan that will help you get fitter and stronger and improving the quality of your personal and professional life. Ideal for setting and working towards specific goals. Group sessions are limited to a maximum of 6 people per group and sessions are held online on a fortnightly basis. You commit to all 6 sessions, although paying this way helps you manage the cost.
